Terms of Engagement & Data Privacy

1. Introduction & Scope of Services Allison Services Ltd acts solely as an introducer, referring clients to Business Energy Reclaims Ltd (BER) for the purpose of assessing potential claims relating to mis-sold energy contracts. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, nor do we participate in the claims assessment legal proceedings, or any associated decision-making process. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating introductions and assisting clients in sourcing and gathering documentation to support their engagement with BER.

2. Independent Third Parties & No Endorsement Any services provided by Business Energy Reclaims Ltd (BER), or any associated law firms are entirely independent of Allison Services Ltd. We do not control, oversee, or assume responsibility for their actions, advice, or the outcomes of any claims. Our introduction of clients to BER does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty regarding their services or the likelihood of a successful claim.

3. No Liability for Outcomes Allison Services Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred by clients as a result of their engagement with BER or any legal representatives involved in the claims process. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or handling of any claims, nor do we accept any liability for any decisions made by BER or any third-party service providers. Clients engage with BER at their own discretion and risk.

4. Data Processing & Confidentiality While Allison Services Ltd may, on occasion, hold and process limited client data to assist with documentation collation, we do not retain or process data beyond what is necessary to facilitate introductions. Any personal or business data shared with BER is subject to their own data protection and privacy policies, and Allison Services Ltd is not responsible for how such data is used once transferred.

5. GDPR Compliance & Data Privacy Statement Allison Services Ltd is committed to protecting client data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Data Collection: We only collect personal data necessary to facilitate introductions and assist with documentation. This may include client names, contact details, and business information relevant to the engagement with BER.
• Data Usage: Client data is used solely for the purposes of making introductions to BER and assisting in the documentation process. We do not use personal data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties beyond BER without explicit consent.
• Data Storage & Retention: Client data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the introduction. Once the introduction process is complete, data is securely deleted.
• Data Protection Rights: Clients have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, object to processing, and request deletion of their data where appropriate. 
• Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of any personal data held by us, preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Acknowledgment & Acceptance By engaging with Allison Services Ltd for an introduction to BER, clients acknowledge and accept the terms set out above. Clients understand that Allison Services Ltd’s role is strictly limited to introductions and that we bear no responsibility for the claims process legal proceedings, or their outcomes.
